Kyub was recently launched at a Golf course in Pune. The regular (daily) operations were completely manual and required the operations and administration team to devote a substantial chunk of their daily and weekly productive hours to manual data entry and validations.
Not only was this process time consuming, it was also prone to mistakes and manual errors – arising from complex calculations, multiple member assignments and possibility of duplicity.
With Kyub, we were able to shift the process towards automation. With simple interface and most of the complicated work being done by the system, we were able to free-up a valuable asset for our clients – productive time.
With a lot of man hours now being available to provide value to our client’s patrons ,a lot of value added events and tournaments are now being organized which raise the member appeal and enhance player experience.
